    The Role of Service Digitalisation in Realty Business during Pandemic from the Perspective of Real Estate Agency in Klang Valley, Malaysia

    COVID-19 has caused unprecedented disruption over the last few months, hitting the world with a vengeance in the middle of March. As COVID-19's effects are felt worldwide, the real estate industry is also affected by the rapid spread of coronavirus affecting global real estate investment as travel, face-to-face meetings and property viewing are restricted. Hence, this caused significant disruption in the business transaction of real estate agencies, including in Malaysia. Therefore, this paper aims to understand how Service Digitalisation solution able to sustain the real estate agency business during this pandemic. This study adopted a Business Model Innovation Model as the foundation. This study selected a case study of real estate agency in Klang Valley, Malaysia and a series of interview sessions were conducted with the principle and the agents. The data were then analysed based on a thematics analysis method. Finding reveals that there are five quick actions taken by this agency in digitalising their real estate services and management process in sustaining their business. These include the in-house development of real estate agency management system and websites, the utilisation of various social media application as a marketing platform, the development of own video content which is localised to Malaysian market segment, the usage of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and finally the series of digital competency and capability training given to their registered real estate agent in coping the business disruption, especially during MCO period. Significantly, COVID-19 has expedited this digitalisation process, and it is proven that only the quick adapter in this real estate business will be able to survive in this new norm. Therefore we strongly urged the realty business to quickly embrace the service digitalisation to the whole business operation to remain relevant and sustainable

    Data governance model for the ministry of education Malaysia using enterprise architecture approach

    Ministry of Education Malaysia is one of Malaysia’s largest ministries. It oversees the entire country’s public education system, including pre-school education, primary schools, secondary school, and pre-tertiary education. The spread of more than 10,000 schools and several teacher training and development institutions shows that the Ministry meets its growing operational needs by adopting new digital capabilities. The Ministry operations depend on three main entities: students, teachers, and learning institutions. Learning institutions are the primary data source, with teachers and learning institution administrators responsible for performing data entry. Data governance is a procedure that defines the roles and duties of the person in charge of data management in an organization to gather and appropriately use educational data, ensure the protection of personal data, and establish data standardization, consistency, and adequate educational data use across agencies. The adoption of Enterprise Architecture will be a significant factor in delivering the new age of digital services. For the data handling in the Ministry of Education Malaysia, the combination of data governance and Enterprise Architecture will produce a data-driven architecture that accelerates time to value and demonstrates accurate results to stakeholders. The Internet of Things promises to be a worthy representative of an open course in technology, economics, and culture. IoT, without a doubt, has a promising future. The modern consumer actions and uses represent inescapable digital transformations for banking institutions. Emerging digital world developments guide all banking services' digital transformation. However, the security threats of using IoT in banking are increasing. Cybercriminals such as hacking, corruption, and financial violence, data breaches, and financial expenditure risks will continue to trouble the use of IoT in banking. Therefore, this research aims to study the banking industry's existing IoT uses, issues, and challenges in adopting the IoT in the banking industry. IoT threats are highlighted in this paper. This article sets out a model dimension of the process monitoring framework for IoT security risk management. Other than that, this paper also studies the existing security risk management model of IoT in banking. Moreover, preventive IoT protection initiatives and approaches to enhance IoT protection by implementing blockchain technology and Control Model Information Structure are addressed in this article

    Public sector data and sensitive information are a prime target for cyberattacks. There are numerous popular security tools used across the globe to achieve automated network protection. This study reviews the following tools within the current study: KnowBe4, PhishingBox, PhishInsight, PhishThreat, PhishMe, and Gophish. The rationale behind the detailed review is comparing and contrasting various cybersecurity awareness training tools used to address phishing attacks at the workplace. The selected tools can be used as assessment or enhancement awareness tools; this depends on each tools settings and system due to its integrated models and flexibility. Furthermore, social engineering attacks are recurrently evolving, so different security tools strengths and weaknesses could help pick the right instrument for spotting and responding to digital attacks. As a result, this study discusses the drawbacks of the selected tools that can guide developers and services providers in improving the existing phishing awareness tools

    Data and sensitive information in the public sector are major targets for cyberattacks. Officials in the public sector have developed a wide range of frameworks, models, and technology to help employees understand the risk of phishing attacks. However, these models havent been able to meet the total needs of institutions in terms of security. This study reviews the awareness frameworks and models used to increase users awareness of phishing scams and highlights the problems and drawbacks. Moreover, this study compares the various cybersecurity awareness frameworks and models. The findings show a need to enhance current phishing awareness frameworks and models that can handle phishing attacks in the workplace while also converting them into cybersecurity training input, mainly via a digital learning platform
